Description: On March 15, 2012, Plaintiff entered a computer repair store to retrieve Plaintiff's laptop computer. When Anita Peavey, owner of the store, refused to return Plaintiff's laptop, Plaintiff called 9-1-1. Upon the arrival of the police, Plaintiff explained the situation to Police Officer Ronald JeanCharles. After Plaintiff and Ms. Peavey discussed Plaintiff's laptop in front of P.O. JeanCharles, P.O.
