Description: On or about September 18th, 2019, Plaintiff was at work as a janitor at the 84th Precinct in Brooklyn. Plaintiff had been employed as a janitor for 4 years. While Plaintiff was underneath the soda machine, cleaning and fixing the machinery, PO Seungwoo Seo approached Plaintiff. Without permission, authority or legal justification, PO Seo grabbed Plaintiff by the legs, picked him up, and body-slammed him into the ground. Plaintiff suffered serious physical harm to his wrists, arms and shoulder. Multiple PO's "John Doe" stood around laughing and high-fiving PO Seo. Plaintiff begged for medical attention for his injuries and for someone to call an ambulance but was ignored by PO Seo and PO's "John Doe".
