Description: On January 7, 2013 Plaintiff lawfully entered his apartment building and attempted to enter his apartment. Known prostitute and drug user Asia Booker was blocking his door and actively smocking crack cocaine and marijuana in front of it. Plaintiff attempted to enter his apartment and asked Ms. Booker to not use drugs in front of his apartment. As Plaintiff was opening his door Ms. Booker punched and kicked Plaintiff, and struck him with her crack pipe which caused a significant and bleeding laceration to Plaintiff's eye.
