Description: On January 13, 2018 at approximately 1:00pm, Plaintiff Miles Sutton was walking on Beach 20th Street near Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens when he was unlawfully stopped, questioned and then arrested, by NYPD officer JOSEPH FERRIGNO (shield #15647), SGT. EDELIO CRUZ, DET. "JOHN" SHELLS, and one unidentified officer who then transported Plaintiff to 4020 Beach Channel Drive in Far Rockaway for a line up. Following the line up, Plaintiff was taken to the 101st Precinct where he was held until January 15 at 9:00pm at which time he was transported to Queens Central Booking in Kew Gardens and then the Vernon Bain Center in the Bronx where he was held until January 17.
