On January 22, 2018, at approximately 2:30 p.m., [redacted] drove to his house, located at [redacted] in Queens, with his friend [redacted]. [redacted], his mother, and [redacted] his sister, were also home at the time. Shortly after [redacted] entered the house, Sergeant John Chavatte and Police Officer Joseph Ferrigno of the 101st Precinct entered the house (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) allegedly after breaking the lock on the door (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). While in the living room, [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chavatte spoke discourteously to [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chavatte hit his head (Allegation E: Force, [redacted]). [redacted] ran to a bedroom in the back of the house and Sgt. Chavatte followed him. [redacted] alleged that PO Ferrigno pushed her to the floor (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]) and stepped on her thigh (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]) as he was trying to get to the bedroom. [redacted] and [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chavatte punched [redacted] in the face (Allegation H: Force, [redacted]) and [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chavatte also hit his head in the bedroom (Allegation I: Force, [redacted]). Sgt. Chavatte removed his Taser and pointed it at [redacted] (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Backup officers arrived, and [redacted] alleged that Police Officer Kevin Gaynor of the 101st Precinct pushed her (Allegation K: Force, [redacted]) and [redacted] alleged that Sgt.
