Description: On February 11, 2018, plaintiff and two friends were having dinner in Brooklyn. As plaintiff and his friends left the restaurant, they got into plaintiff's got. The police, including Officer Ruiz, Sgt. Thompson, and an unnamed officer, had been following the group since they elft the restaurant.
