Description: On October 28, 2019, plaintiff Maxim Bangiyev was approached by defendant Officer Asadi and five unknown defendant officers. The defendant officers informed Mr. Bangiyev that he was being placed under arrest for allegedly violating an order of protection. However, prior to placing Mr. Bangiyev under arrest, the defendant officers had learned that the aforementioned order of protection was no longer in effect. Defendant Officer Asadi nevertheless arrested Mr. Bangiyev, placing him in tight handcuffs. The defendant officers then transported Mr. Bangiyev to the precinct, where he was confined in a cell.
