Description: On March 14, 2023, Defendant Holguin and Defendant Munoz as well as the unnamed Police Defendants subjected the Plaintiff to an an unlawful stop, search, and violent arrest based on unreliable accusations. Despite proffering information and evidence to subsidize his claim, the Plaintiff was still subject to a violent arrest including excessively tightened handcuffs which were not adjusted even after a request. The Police Defendants further provided false information to the Prosecutor's Office despite knowing all the information. The Plaintiff spent up to 48 hours in detention, but all charges were sealed and dismissed.
