Description: On April 14, 2023, Plaintiff was a pedestrian when he was approached by Defendant NYPD officers Frost and Nieves-Santiago. Without any provocation, the Defendants approached Plaintiff and tackled Plaintiff from his dirt bike, which caused Plaintiff to crash to the ground and hit his head. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and transported to the precinct and eventually Central Booking. The following day, Plaintiff was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.
