Description: On May 25, 2021, Plaintiff was illegally targeted, because of her gender, race or other improper characteristics for adverse police action by Defendants, including STEPHANIE LOUGHRAN and other unknown police officers. In a a licensing agency in Queens, Plaintiff was requested a refund for a service that she did not receive. The agency called 911 and Defendants arrived. Employees fabricated false allegations to avoid their legal obligations or debts, namely falsely accusing Plaintiff of damaging a television with an air-freshener.
