In a a licensing agency in Queens, Plaintiff was requested a refund for a service that she did not receive. The agency called 911 and Defendants arrived. Employees fabricated false allegations to avoid their legal obligations or debts, namely falsely accusing Plaintiff of damaging a television with an air-freshener.
