On April 8, 2018, at approximately 2:05 p.m., Police Officers Kaitlin Wallace, Stephanie Loughran, and Melissa Buck, all of the 114th Precinct, and other officers entered [redacted]'s hotel room, which was Room 702 of 38-60 13th Street in Queens (Allegations A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
