Description: On January 24, 2018 around 8:30 a.m, defendant was driving in their car when pulled over by NYPD Officer Nazim (Shield No. 16203) who was in an unmarked police car. Defendant was subsequently arrested without probable cause. In effectuating the arrest, the defendant officers broke plaintiffs windows with a crowbar. Plaintiff was then assaulted and arrested. This incident occurred on the North East corner of McGuiness Blvd and Bayard St, Brooklyn, New York. After the arrest, Plaintiff alleges that Parole Officer Vicky Urena (#180) and her supervisor, John S. Kissel, and Hearing Officer Jefferson conspired to keep plaintiff detained by finding probable cause.
