Description: On or about April 24, 2020, plaintiff was aggressively approached by the defendants. They violently grabbed and violently contorted plaintiff’s arms behind his back and applied metal handcuffs to his wrists in an excessively tight fashion. The defendants then took plaintiff to a precinct, where he fingerprinted, photographed and search, while also subjecting him to various other indignities, including unjust confinement. Defendants engaged in the fabrication of evidence and forwarded false claims to prosecutors so that plaintiff would be criminally prosecuted. All criminal charges against the plaintiff were dismissed on January 4, 2021.
