Description: On September 12, 2011, Officer Pabon and Officer Hankerson, along with several other police officers of unknown identity, entered Plaintiff's home without consent or a warrant, where they beat and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was punched, pushed, slammed to the ground, and handcuffed in his home during this arrest. At no point did Plaintiff resist arrest. Description: On or about August 13, 2013 PO Suthom Ungcharoen, PO John Gonis, former PO Pedro Vazquez wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized Plaintiff in an excessive manner without legal justification. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, wrongfully held for approximately 16 hours, and was maliciously prosecuted. After multiple court appearance all charges were dismissed on or about November 18, 2013. Plaintiff suffered deprivation of liberty, humiliation, mental anguish, indignity. and severe and permanent injuries of a psychological nature as a result of this incident.
