Description: On April 10, 2013, at approximately 1:55 p.m., plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by NYPD officers, including Detective Jeremy Veit and other unidentified officers while walking in the Bronx. Despite being pregnant and pleading for gentle treatment, she was aggressively handled, forced to remove her shirt and bra, and unzip her pants, at which time one of the officers stuck her hand down plaintiff's pants.
Plaintiff was charged with drug-related offenses based on false allegations and spent approximately 48 hours in custody. The charges were all dismissed on October 29, 2013.
