Complaint
Description: On July 16, 2020, Plaintiff was detained and questioned at a residential premises then transported to the 100th precinct by six officers. The officers denied Plaintiff access to his prescribed medication for an unreasonable amount of time resulting in Plaintiff needing to be hospitalized. Plaintiff was transported to St. John's Hospital and remained under detainment there until July 18, 2020 when he was transported to a booking facility and then Rikers Island until his release on or about September 10, 2020.
