Description: On March 9, 2013, Plaintiff was grabbed and slammed against the hood of a car by NYPD Officer Joseph Pritchard. Officer Pritchard then verbally abused Plaintiff with racial and gendered slurs and arrested Plaintiff. In the squad car, Officer Pritchard pressed Plaintiffs' forearms against her neck for 30 seconds and told Plaintiff that he was going to kill her. Officer Pritchard falsely swore to allegations against Plaintiff.
