Description: Plaintiffs were arrested at a street corner by defendant officers. Said officers then recovered a firearm from a nearby motor vehicle's rear wheel well. Plaintiffs were said by the officers to have confessed to owning the weapon. Plaintiffs were transported to 75th Precinct. Each plaintiff was strip searched.
