Description: On September 9, 2018, officer Dominguez (of the Bronx Warrant Squad, 50th Precinct, first name not provided) arrived at Plaintiff Bernadine's home with a search warrant looking for her husband. Upon seeing the search warrant Plaintiff Bernadine consented to Dominguez's entry and her home was searched. On November 3, 2018, Dominguez arrived at Plaintiff Bernadine's home and again was provided consent to search. November 14, 2018, Dominguez and unnamed officers arrived at Plaintiffs' home when Plaintiff Ashley (Plaintiff Bernadine's daughter) requested to see a warrant. Dominguez ignored this request, took his forearm, and forcibly pushed Plaintiff Ashley in the breast/chest area and illegally entered Plaintiffs'...
