Description: On November 26, 2023, Plaintiff and his wife were present at 144-22 70th Avenue in the borough of Queens. Plaintiff and his wife were involved in a domestic dispute. Plaintiff's wife called 911. Police officer Michael Nicosia and an unidentified police officer (John Doe 1) arrived to the scene. Nicosia arrested plaintiff by aggressively and forcefully grabbing Plaintiff’s wrist and squeezing them behind Plaintiff’s back. Plaintiff was then put in excessively tight handcuffs and transferred to the precinct. Plaintiff pleaded for medical attention, but his requests were ignored. Several months after the incident, Plaintiff still feels pain and loss of mobility in his right leg, hip, and hand due to the arrest. ...
