Description: On April 18, 2017, defendant NYPD detectives Lorne Kanover and Michael Muskin approached plaintiff Alfredo Bonilla in his lawfully parked vehicle, ordered him out of his vehicle without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, and searched it. The officers unlawfully arrested Bonilla for possession of lawfully prescribed medication and took him to the 90th police precinct where he was imprisoned and unlawfully strip searched by defendant Daniel Molinski. The unlawful arrest and strip search were authorized by defendant Kenneth Durkin, who supervised defendants Allevato, Muski, Kanover, and Molinski. Plaintiff was released with a ticket signed by defendant Allevato requiring his appearance in Kings County Crimin...
