Description: On August 29, 2014 at 4:45 p.m., plaintiff having just finished work , entered a store at 328 East 98th Street in Brooklyn. As plaintiff entered the store , the defendants including Jackson stormed into the store with their weapons. Plaintiff was told to lay on the floor, he complied. Plaintiff heard a female officer ask "What do we do with him?" A sergeant responded, "take him in too" At the precinct, the officers stated to the plaintiff that marijuana had been found behind the counter of the store . Plaintiff was a customer in the store. Plaintiff spent 24 hours in custody . After appearing in court three times , case was dismissed.
