Summary

On February 2, 2019, at approximately 6:57 p.m., [redacted] sold a small quantity of marijuana to an undercover officer in a "buy and bust" operation. [redacted] fled into the vestibule of [redacted] pursued by Sgt Friendly and Detectives Albert Jackson and Phillip Johnson, also of Brooklyn South Narcotics. Sgt. Friendly struck [redacted] in the face (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). Sgt. Friendly, Det. Jackson, and Det. Johnson took [redacted] to the ground (Allegations B-D: Force, [redacted]).
