On February 2, 2019, at approximately 6:57 p.m., [redacted] sold a small quantity of marijuana to an undercover officer in a "buy and bust" operation. [redacted] fled into the vestibule of [redacted] pursued by Sgt Friendly and Detectives Albert Jackson and Phillip Johnson, also of Brooklyn South Narcotics. Sgt.
