Description: On February 28, 2016 Plaintiffs Zurita and Friedman were at a gentleman's club when they were falsely accused by employees and later PO Kellyann Flowers and John Does of stealing money from an exotic dancer. Plaintiff were arrested and falsely imprisoned for more than 30 hours, even though POs had access to information and surveillance film that proved the accusations against Plaintiffs false. During their imprisonment Plaintiffs were verbally physically, and emotionally abused, intimidated, humiliated, embarrassed, and defamed by POs Kellyann Flowers and others.
