Description: On December 3, 2020, Plaintiffs were sitting inside their car waiting for it to warm up when four NYPD Officers approached them. One officer approached the driver's side and asked Plaintiff Mr. Love for identification and registration, which he provided. The Officers did not check that information, but instead questioned Plaintiffs about alleged window tint on the vehicle. It was approximately 1:00 a.m. at the time. The Officers asked Mr. Love to step out of the vehicle and he complied. One Officer told Ms. Graves to "get your black ass out of the car" and dragged her out of the vehicle.
