At approximately 2:11 AM on December 11, 2022, Sgt. Jose Holguin and PO Daniel DeFrancesco of the 60th Precinct responded to [redacted] Brooklyn for a 911 call placed by [redacted] regarding prior interaction with other NYPD officers on December 10, 2022 [redacted]. Two ACS workers were present. Sgt. Holguin told [redacted] that if she continued to call 911, then he would have to take her to a hospital (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
