Description: On March 21, 2019 Plaintiff was working as an Uber Eats Driver and was making a delivery when he was pulled over by Defendant Romero. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and tightly handcuffed him. Plaintiff asked the reason for the arrest and was ignored. Defendants conducted an illegal search and found no contraband. The DA declined to continue the prosecution and the charges were dismissed. On October 31, 2019 Plaintiff was standing in front of a deli to buy food for his dinner. Defendant Lendor and other police officers approached Plaintiff and began taunting the plaintiff and issuing orders telling him to place his hands behind his back.
