Summary

At approximately 7:54 p.m. on October 12th, 2020, [redacted] went to the 26th Precinct stationhouse to inquire about a letter he had received stating that a previous complaint he had filed had been closed. [redacted] initially interacted with Police Officer Ismael Bonilla and Sergeant Alexandro Berrios, both of the 26th Precinct, outside of the stationhouse.
At approximately 8:03 p.m., after Police Officer Bonilla entered the stationhouse, approximately six 26th Precinct Detective Squad officers, including Police Officer Joseph Musarra, Detective Vincent Signoretti, Detective Catherine Reyes, Police Officer Eric Hochhaauser, Detective Pedro Marcano, Detective Justin Pedersen, and Detective Zackary Bloomfield-Wint, walked down the stairs to the stationhouse door. After telling them about his previous complaint, [redacted] allegedly asked the approximately six detective squad officers present for their names and badge numbers.
