Description: On June 1, 2020, plaintiff's decedent was unlawfully stopped, by defendants P.O Dwayne Carter and Officers John Does #1-10, questioned thrown on the ground handcuffed and arrested . Then plaintiff's decedent was unlawfully searched without consent. During the arrest plaintiff's decedent was punched, kicked, and pushed by defendants causing physical injury, including but not limited to cuts, bruises, and contusions on Plaintiff's decedent's legs and knees. Plaintiff's decedent was transported to the police station against his will, where Plaintiff's decedent was unlawfully photographed, fingerprinted and detained in a holding cell.
