Description: On February 6, 2021, while quarantined due to COVID-19 at his residence, the Plaintiff was falsely arrested by NYPD officers for a robbery that had occurred four months earlier. The crime involved six individuals forcing a victim to withdraw money from an ATM, but surveillance footage did not show the Plaintiff near the victim or the ATM. Despite no probable cause, the Plaintiff was arrested, searched, and detained, with false evidence provided by the officers to the District Attorney's Office. Kenny, and John-Jane Doe aggressively approached Plaintiff, rifled through his pockets, took his keys, and illegally entered and searched his car.
