Description: On October 11, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully operating a motor vehicle in the vicinity of Bronx Park East and Britton Street, when members of the NYPD directed him to pull over. he vehicle stop was conducted at the defendants' direction. Defndants instructed Plaintiff to exit his vehicle. Defendants proceeded to search the vehicle. Plaintiff was not free to leave following the stop. Without legal justification The three defendants then arrested plaintiff, placed plaintiff in handcuffs, and removed him from the scene to a local area NYPD station house.
