Summary

[redacted] stated that on May 3, 2006, at approximately 12:00PM, he took his [redacted] to school, which is two blocks away from his girlfriend, [redacted] located at [redacted] [redacted] was wearing white sneakers, black pants and a white T-shirt. [redacted] did not make any stops and walked to [redacted] to visit his mother and stayed there for approximately 20 minutes. During that time [redacted] obtained 6-8 small bags of crack from his old bedroom and placed them in his rectum. [redacted] also placed a bag of marijuana in his right pants pocket. [redacted] was intending on smoking "woolies" which is a mixture of crack and marijuana. [redacted] then walked towards [redacted] and saw his friend, [redacted] and [redacted] went to the corner store across the street from [redacted] and purchased a Dutch Master but [redacted] did not purchase anything. [redacted] did not notice any officers or police vehicles at this time. [redacted] utilized a spare key given to him by [redacted] and went back to her apartment to play video games in the living room. During this time, [redacted]'s brother, [redacted] who lives in New Jersey, was in the bedroom. [redacted] denied that he used any drugs during this time.
While [redacted] and [redacted] were sitting in the first bedroom, [redacted] heard a big "bang" and saw PO1, (male, black, dreads, heavy build, champion sweatshirt, [redacted] old) who had a silver 9mm gun pointed at him, enter the bedroom with four other officers behind him in the hallway. The officers used a ram to gain entry and the frame of the door was bent and damaged as a result of the entry. No other officers had their gun drawn or pointed. PO1 instructed [redacted] to "get down", which he did and then handcuffed him. PO2 (male, white, facial hair, black hair, 6'1) threw [redacted] on the bed and handcuffed him.
