On October 9, 2013, at approximately 12:04 a.m., [redacted] was inside a Chase bank, located at 5 West Burnside Avenue in the Bronx. PO Richard Wallace and PO Daniel Ward responded to a call of a suspicious male at that location. [redacted] was arrested for [redacted]. [redacted] alleged that, while inside the bank, PO Wallace kicked him in the face (Allegation A). [redacted] was then handcuffed and brought outside.
