On December 6, 2015, at approximately 9:05 p.m., PO Gilberto Rodriguez and PO Nercida Cepeda of the 42nd Precinct arrived at [redacted] in the Bronx, in regards to a 911 call. PO Christopher Britton and PO Bernard Castillo also responded to the scene to assist PO [redacted] and PO Cepeda. [redacted] complained to the officers that she was being harassed by teenage girls in her building. However, PO Rodriguez threatened to arrest [redacted] if she did not go to the hospital (Allegation A). [redacted] was subsequently placed in an ambulance and transported to [redacted] for [redacted].
