On November 25, 2015, at approximately 8:24 p.m., PO Stephanie Cepeda of the 46th Precinct Detective Squad, Det. Lyudmila Howell of the Bronx Warrant Section, and Det. Cornelius O'Shea of the Bronx Warrant Section entered the [redacted] of [redacted] residence at [redacted] in the Bronx (Allegations A, B, and C).
