On September 12, 2016, at approximately 5:35 p.m., [redacted] was arrested inside of a bodega at 282 Lenox Avenue in Manhattan and charged with [redacted]. [redacted] acknowledged purchasing and ingesting heroin at the bodega, but he denied ever selling a narcotic. [redacted] further denied having any narcotic on his person when he was apprehended. [redacted] was transported to the 25th Precinct hub-site. Allegedly, Lt. Kearns instructed PO Rashied McIntyre of Narcotics Borough Manhattan North to strip-search [redacted] and PO McIntyre conducted a strip-search of [redacted] (Allegation A). Read report for details.
