Summary

On May 2, 2016, [redacted] went to the 30th Precinct Stationhouse in Manhattan and filled out a complaint form regarding her child's father and grandparents abusing her and putting her child's life in danger. PO Brian Dennis of the 30th Precinct allegedly tore the form and discarded it in the trash, refusing to take her report (Allegation A).
