On May 2, 2017, at approximately 3:00 P.M., in the vicinity of 2734 Jerome Avenue in the Bronx, [redacted] and [redacted] were traveling in a taxi operated by [redacted] when Lieutenant Daniel Campbell of the 52nd Precinct stopped the taxi (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Edmundo Rivera, PO Joel Ayala, and Sgt. Charles Cavallaro, all of the 52nd Precinct, were in the police vehicle with Lieutenant Campbell. After initiating the vehicle stop, Lieutenant Campbell spoke to [redacted]. PO Rivera spoke to [redacted] with Sgt. Cavallaro, and PO Ayala spoke to [redacted]. While speaking to [redacted], Sgt. Cavallaro asked him for identification (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). While still speaking to the passengers of the vehicle, PO Rivera, Sgt.
