Description: On September 1, 2020, plaintiff (a minor) was illegally stopped and searched by police officers Richard McKnight (Shield No. 7955), Edmundo Rivera (Shiled No. 696), Brian Mahon (Shield No. 26892), and Daniel Campbell. The officers were in plainclothes and in an unmarked SUV when they approached plaintiff on the street, got out of the vehicle, and searched plaintiff's body, clothes, and fanny pack.
