Summary

On July 6, 2017, at approximately 8:10 P.M., PO Steven Weber and PO Kevin Chan, both of PSA 4, handcuffed [redacted] in front of Apt. [redacted] at [redacted] in Manhattan. [redacted] and [redacted] were both arrested for [redacted]
PO Tiffany Bruce, also of PSA 4, entered Apt. [redacted] without permission (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Montilla pushed [redacted] who was 13 years old at the time of this incident, [redacted] and others (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]) in the vicinity of the arrest and threatened to arrest them (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Weber pushed [redacted] (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]) and threatened to arrest him (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] requested Sgt.
