At approximately 9 a.m. on July 28, 2017, [redacted] and her brother, [redacted] got into an altercation at their mother's, [redacted] residence at [redacted] in the Bronx. Minutes later, [redacted] called 911 to report that her brother had assaulted her. PO Stephanie Davis, PO Steven Lichtig, and Sgt. Marcy Velez, all of the 45th Precinct, responded to the incident.
