On May 29, 2017, at approximately 1:00 a.m., an unidentified officer threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted])
On September 3, 2017, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Lt. Michael Kaiser of the 47th Precinct along with PO Anthony Hyde, PO Alejandra Perez, PO Matthew Escudero, PO Michael Gonzalez, PO Matthew Palmerini, PO Michael Barbetto, and PO Brian Hanlon of the same command entered the rear lot of [redacted] and [redacted] located at the same address in the Bronx (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lt. Kaiser supervised the search of [redacted] and officers seized alcohol found inside (Allegation D, E, and F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Hyde, PO Escudero, PO Palmerini, and PO Perez searched [redacted] purse located on the table inside the restaurant office and PO Perez frisked [redacted] (Allegations G, H, I, J and K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Perez, PO Barbetto, PO Escudero, PO Hanlon, and PO Palmerini searched [redacted]'s purse and [redacted]'s backpack (Allegations L, M, N, O, P, and Q: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Escudero frisked and searched [redacted] and seized his backpack (Allegations R, S, and T: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
On October 10, 2017, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Lt. Matthew Johnson of Patrol Borough Bronx, Lt. Paul Gaglio of Bronx Vice at the time, another unidentified officer of the same command, along with attorneys Todd Goldebrg and Tony Anisone from NYPD Legal Bureau entered [redacted]. Lt.
