Description: On February 9 2018 plaintiff was stopped by Defendant officers Polanco, Gonzalez and Williams at a store, and then each grabbed plaintiff's body and arms, and searched his pockets and underneath his clothing. They confiscated his personal property, including $800 that was never returned. Defendant officers Polanco, Gonzalez and Williams was placed in tight handcuffs and taken to the precinct. Defendant officers Polanco, Gonzalez and Williams falsely claimed they observed plaintiff engage in a dug transaction and was in possession of marijuana bags.
