On September 28, 2017, at approximately 5:35 a.m., officers from the 47th Precinct Field Intelligence Office and the Emergency Services Unit Apprehension Tactical Team executed a valid no-knock search warrant at the home of [redacted] at [redacted] in the Bronx (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. John Facchini of the Emergency Services Unit allegedly said, "Get the fuck on the floor or I'll shoot you in your head," and, "Stop before I shoot you," to [redacted] and allegedly told [redacted] that he would shoot him if he turned again (Allegations C: Discourtesy and Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Facchini allegedly said, "Shut the fuck up and get on the ground. Put your hands behind your back and don't move," to [redacted] (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted]'s neighbors, known only as [redacted] and [redacted] attempted to film the incident from outside the apartment, and an unidentified officer allegedly told them that they could not film and had to leave the area (Allegations F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] requested PO Michael Gonzalez's (of the 47th Precinct) shield number, and PO Gonzalez allegedly replied, "I forgot (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted])."
