Plaintiff was arraigned two days later on Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana charges. These charges were dismissed in May 2016.2nd Incident: On 12/16/2015 at 3pm, Defendant Officer Sagardia arrested Plaintiff without cause on the street in front of 1058 East 228th Street in the Bronx. Plaintiff was transferred to the 47th Precinct. A day later, Plaintiff was arraigned on Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Petit Larceny charges.
