On October 8, 2017, 3:30 am, at the corner of East 4th Street and Bowery in Manhattan, [redacted] was stopped by Sgt. Louis Guglielmo (9th Precinct Anti-Crime) in regards to an ongoing robbery investigation. (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Stop: [redacted]) During the course of the stop, Sgt. Guglielmo arrested [redacted] for [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority - Arrest: [redacted]) Allegedly, an officer involved with the encounter threatened to arrest bystanders at the scene. (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority - Threat of Arrest: [redacted]) [redacted] was removed to the 9th Precinct stationhouse and ultimately released with a [redacted].
