Description: On June 27, 2023 Plaintiff was near his vehicle which was lawfully parked on the street. PO Michael Vasquez, PO Pierre Senat, and PO Francesco Monastra were in an unmarked police vehicle pursuing an individual in an ATV when their negligence caused the ATV to collide with Plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff lawfully filmed the scene and did not interfere with police activity. Regardless, POs attempted to stop Plaintiff from filming. Description: On December 6, 2018, Louis Guglielmo, a member of the New York City Police Department, struck the plaintiff with his vehicle while in an impaired state and unfit to operate a motor vehicle. Before the accident, Guglielmo had attended a holiday party hosted by the City of New York, where he was served and consumed excessive amounts of alcohol.
