On October 21, 2017, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Sgt. David Grieco, currently assigned to the Intelligence Criminal Section, along with several other officers, identified by the investigation as PO Christopher Desimone and PO Jason Gammello, of PSA 2, entered [redacted] apartment, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Grieco allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
