On November 19, 2017, at approximately 12:13 a.m., a group of officers from the 67th Precinct attempted to arrest [redacted] and [redacted] in a hallway inside 2401 Newkirk Avenue in Brooklyn for smoking marijuana. [redacted] and [redacted] resisted arrest and attempted to flee. Police Officer Miguel Vanbrakle punched [redacted] in the face multiple times (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). Police Officer Deirdre Kelleher tackled [redacted] to the ground as he attempted to flee from the building (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). Police Officer Blaise Christoforatos struck [redacted] multiple times with an asp (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]).
