On December 4, 2017, at approximately 5:30 P.M. inside the 73rd Precinct stationhouse, Sgt. Robert Wagner of the 73rd Precinct authorized PO Ladson to remove a knife from [redacted] left side pants pocket (Allegation A, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Ladson allegedly stated that he would lock up [redacted] for having the knife (Allegation B, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
